In this role, you'll be a senior individual contributor who solves complex technical problems, shapes scalable and reliable solutions, and helps modernize systems that support the business. You'll work across product, engineering, QA, and architecture partners to turn requirements into well-designed software, improve developer productivity, and raise the quality of engineering delivery.

Where You'll WorkThis role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA as needed. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do- Lead technical design and architecture for complex applications, integrations, and enhancements
- Develop and deliver software solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements
- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA, and architects to clarify requirements and shape practical solutions
- Drive improvements to engineering standards, code quality, documentation, testing, deployment automation, and operational support practices
- Identify opportunities to modernize legacy systems, improve stability and availability, and increase developer efficiency
- Facilitate design and code reviews and serve as a technical resource for engineers across the team
- Troubleshoot complex production and integration issues and help drive durable resolutions
What You'll Bring- 8+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Deep experience designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions in enterprise or large-scale environments
- Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, and managing multiple interfaces and dependencies
- Experience improving engineering practices across code quality, SDLC, testing, DevOps, documentation, and operational readiness
- Ability to work independently, solve complex technical problems, and influence technical decisions across teams
- Strong communication skills and experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
