OverallPurpose:Responsible to lead and support multiple programs and initiatives, simultaneously across several executive operations domains including organization planning, culture, communications, day-to-day operations, customer events, shared HQ services. Daily Chief of Staff responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing digital communications, executive level presentations, newslettercontent.
- Critical meeting management including agendas, documentation, and completion of action items.
- Event planning that includes materials, coordination, organization, andscheduling ofevents.
- Leading projects that require accelerated timelines and may involve broad or evolving scope, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable progress throughout execution, collaborating across departments.
- Serving as a point of contact between the chief of staff of an officer and internal/external stakeholders.
- Understanding and interpreting key business metrics to guide decisions, assess impacts, and support organizational priorities.
- Storytelling with data both in written form and through visualizations to influence decisions and drive insights.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:Conducts end to end program management of one or more programscontainingmultiple large projects, or portfolio management of a large scope entire portfolio thatarecompany-wide, cross functional and/or strategic in nature. May also manage one or more portfolios whichincludesidentifying, prioritizing, authorizing, managing, and controlling projects, programs, and other related work to achieve strategic businessobjectives. Directs cross functional teams to complete projects and program deliverables within allotted timeline and budget. Defines project/program scope andobjectives, directs activities of project teams, andidentifiesresources. Projects/programs arevery complexin nature, with project activities that are distinct for each new project, are company-wide, and requirea high levelof analysis to create project plans for new concept programs. Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project/program(s) across the entire organization. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts program meetings andis responsible forprogram tracking and analysis. Ensure adherences to quality standards andreviewsproject/program deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks andreviewsvendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance toprojectteam. Recommends andtakes action to directthe analysis and solutions of problems. Communicates to client/vendors/leadership.
Education:
- Preferred Bachelor of Arts, Science or Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. (High degree of PowerPoint & Word use isrequired.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in afast pastenvironment.

Geography Location: Dallas
Our Principal Project Program Manager, earn between $130,700 - $196,100, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
