This key customer focused role involves supporting faster adoption of Arm-based datacenter SoCs and compute platforms by cloud service providers, OEMs, ODMs, and semiconductor partners.

You will serve as a reliable technical consultant, collaborating closely with customer architects, platform engineers, firmware teams, OS/kernel developers, and performance engineers. From initial technical research through large-scale deployment, you will assist customers in assessing, building, and effectively implementing Arm-based server platforms spanning silicon, systems, and software.

This opportunity is ideal for a person combining strong technical skills with clear communication, decision influence, and building lasting customer connections during pre-sales and post-sales. Your role will play a key part in crafting the future of data centers and cloud computing!

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main technical contact for customers, collaborating with sales to promote the adoption of Arm-based datacenter SoCs, subsystems, and silicon platforms among semiconductor companies, OEMs, ODMs, and ecosystem partners.
  • Assist customers in assessing architectural tradeoffs related to performance, power, area, total cost of ownership (TCO), scalability, software readiness, and ecosystem maturity.
  • Deliver high-impact technical presentations, roadmap discussions, architecture reviews, workshops, and live demonstrations for both engineering and executive audiences.
  • Support design-in and design-win activities by addressing technical objections, assessing deployment risks, and clearly positioning Arm solutions in competitive environments.
  • Guide customers through silicon selection, system architecture decisions, performance expectations, software enablement, and ecosystem readiness.
  • Lead and support proof-of-concepts, benchmarking efforts, and technical evaluations during the pre-sales cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with internal product, engineering, marketing, and business teams to share customer insights, influence priorities, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Help customers resolve technical challenges related to hardware, firmware, software, tools, performance optimization, and system integration.
  • Translate customer requirements into end-to-end Arm solution recommendations, spanning CPU, GPU, AI, security, functional safety, interconnect, and software.
  • Bring structured, actionable field feedback to Arm business units to influence product direction and roadmap decisions.
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with customer engineering, program management, and procurement collaborators.

Required Qualifications
