Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering or related technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8-10 years in technical project management or closely related roles.
• PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP or equivalent Certification preferred.
• Required experience in Agile Software Development project management.
• Strong understanding of Phase-Gate NPDI processes and terminology.
• Experience with strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
• Proficient in project management software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to align on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Oversee Agile Software Development processes with the Software Development Team.
• Identify risks and blockers proactively; develop and implement mitigation plans.
• Communicate project status effectively to various stakeholders.
• Implement change management controls according to policy and approval guidelines.
• Document lessons learned throughout project execution.
• Ensure project governance and compliance with NPDI phase gate model.
• Balance product requirements with technical constraints, driving creative solution discussions and negotiating trade-offs.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement based on metrics and results.
