OverviewArchitectAs a Java Architect specializing in Java Microservices, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and optimize microservices-based applications that drive business value and innovation.
Your Impact- Design and implement Java-based microservices architectures that are scalable, resilient, and high-performing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure best practices in microservices development, including API design, security, and observability.
- Optimize system performance and ensure seamless integration with cloud-native technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in Java, microservices, and cloud computing to drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience- 8+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on microservices architecture.
- Proven expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and other Java-based frameworks for building microservices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Set Yourself Apart With- Certifications in Java, Spring, or cloud platforms (AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, etc.).
- Experience with serverless computing and event-driven microservices.
- Knowledge of distributed tracing, logging, and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger).
- Strong understanding of security best practices for microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Proficiency in using AI pair-programmers and engineering assistants (specifically GitHub Copilot and/or Claude Code) to optimize workflow efficiency and accelerate problem-solving
Additional informationPay Range: $160,000 - $195,000
