- 15 years of experience with systems development in database, systems, or AI.
- 15 years of experience with high-availability and disaster recovery solutions, such as clustering, replication, and backups.
- 10 years of experience with database security best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control.
- 10 years of experience leading technical initiatives internally and externally with industry partners.
Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ideation and innovating technology at scale, and passion for development and the use of cross-platform shared code.
- In-depth knowledge of database technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex database issues.
- Excellent product sensibility, with ability to convert and drive key product innovations and opportunities.
