Remote: Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm; Must be able to attend Meeting at WM's Westborough, MA Corporate Office. Salary: $106,370 - $169,950 with a AIP.

I. Job Summary

Candidate should have the business acumen and leadership capabilities to be comfortable in a 1:1 conversation with New England Area Leadership. This role will be responsible for driving the execution of pricing results through facilitating the execution of effective process and use of tools an adherence with corporate guidance.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate Price Management team to develop pricing strategies and implementation plans, and manages the execution of such plans.
  • Supporting the area disciplined growth initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of emerging strategies through project management, training, and coaching.
  • Directs and coordinates profitability improvement efforts, such as: • Route profitability review • Customer profitability review • Major contract review
  • Support the development and training of new field pricing members.
  • Pull data, analyze trends, and effectiveness of pricing actions, and most importantly recommend next steps.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing of best practices and rollout of value related charges
  • Facilitate the implementation and use of tools in adherence to corporate guidance.
  • Validate pricing assumptions to support revenue analysis and budgeting process as required.
  • Monitors market conditions, pricing trends, and the effectiveness of pricing actions.

A. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of additional experience
  • 7 years previous work experience (in addition to education requirements)

Pay: The expected salary range for this on-site position is $106,370 - $169,950. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
