You will join a dynamic team passionate about driving business insights and strategic decision-making across various corporate functions. This role offers a multitude of collaboration, requiring solid project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills to enhance insights and analytics experiences for internal partners.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for modeling complex financial data sets to support the design and evaluation of strategic and growth-based incentive programs for Partners and Distributors. This role involves analyzing large volumes of data to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend areas for optimization to drive profitability

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze incentive programs and forecast potential rebates and growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate Partner and Distributor performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design incentive structures aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Generate actionable insights through data analysis to optimize incentive effectiveness and partner engagement.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings and support decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on incentive program outcomes.
  • Support the continuous improvement of data collection, analysis methodologies, and reporting tools.
  • Conduct scenario modeling to explore the impact of different incentive strategies on partner profitability.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape to inform incentive program adjustments.
  • Work closely with finance, sales, and partner management teams to align incentives with business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in analytical roles, business analysis, or sales operations/reporting
  • Experience working within Partner and Distributor programs specifically within the Cisco 360 Program.
  • 2+ years experience in financial modeling and data analysis, with experience handling complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to identify and interpret trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities from data.
  • Experience in designing or evaluating partner or distributor incentive programs is
    highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience with predictive analytics and AI-driven data tools to enhance strategic insights.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Partner Programs or similar technology partner ecosystems.
  • Executive level communication skills to present complex data insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of the partner ecosystem and sales incentive frameworks is a plus.
