Overview As our **Senior Manager, Workforce Management**, youll partner across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Customer Service, and other corporate functions to simplify processes, improve productivity, and drive meaningful business results. Leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies, youll lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve how work gets done across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative problem-solver who is passionate about driving change, influencing leaders, and delivering measurable impact across the enterprise. Responsibilities **Process Improvement & Operational Excellence** - Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing corporate costs and increasing operational efficiency. - Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) exercises to identify non-value-added activities, process bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. - Facilitate Kaizen events and process improvement workshops with cross-functional teams. - Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste and improve transactional and administrative processes. - Develop and implement standardized work procedures and best practices. **Work Measurement & Productivity Analysis** - Perform work measurement studies, workload assessments, and capacity analyses across corporate functions. - Establish productivity metrics, performance standards, and staffing models. - Analyze work distribution and resource utilization to identify optimization opportunities. - Recommend organizational and process changes to improve labor productivity and service levels. **Organizational Effectiveness** - Evaluate organizational structures, spans of control, and workflow alignment. - Identify opportunities to streamline roles, eliminate redundancies, and improve accountability. - Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives. - Develop recommendations for improving cross-functional collaboration and operational effectiveness. **Data Analysis & Reporting** - Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. - Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards to monitor results. - Quantify financial impact and business benefits of improvement initiatives. - Prepare executive-level presentations and business cases supporting recommended changes. **Cost Reduction Initiatives** - Identify opportunities to reduce operating expenses through process optimization, automation, and resource alignment. - Support business transformation and shared services initiatives. - Evaluate and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. - Track and report realized savings from continuous improvement projects. **Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement** - Collaborate with leaders and employees across corporate functions to gain alignment on improvement initiatives. - Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and process improvement education. - Support change management efforts to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes. - Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders regarding operational excellence strategies. Qualifications **Required Qualifications** - Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of industrial engineering, operational excellence, process improvement, or continuous improvement experience. - Experience performing Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, time studies, and workflow analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Visio, and process mapping tools. - Experience developing metrics, dashboards, and productivity analyses. - Strong communication and facilitation skills. **Preferred Qualifications** - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. - Experience supporting corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Customer Service, or Shared Services. - Knowledge of organizational design and workforce optimization methodologies. - Experience with automation technologies such as RPA, workflow tools, or AI-enabled process improvements. - Project management certification (PMP) or equivalent experience.
