What You'll Do

The Practice Manager (PM) is the heartbeat of the center, owning day-to-day operations and overall performance. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience, leading and developing a high-performing team, and driving results across sales, operations, and clinical partnerships.

This is a true business leadership role. The right person will take full ownership of their center, operating it as if it were their own. Fast-paced environments energize you, you thrive on hitting and exceeding KPIs, and you know how to bring people together to execute at a high level. You're decisive, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.

What You'll Own
  • Lead all center operations in alignment with company values, policies, and standards
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Own the full patient experience, from initial engagement through post-procedure follow-up
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, labor management, inventory, and financial controls
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards
  • Partner across sales, operations, and clinical teams to drive performance and results

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience leading mid to large-scale or multi-unit operations (retail, service, or healthcare)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results against KPIs and financial goals
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
  • Passion for both the patient experience and employee development
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in medical, aesthetic, or dental environments preferred, but not required
  • Comfortable with technology and standard business tools (Microsoft Office, etc.)

Compensation

At Sono Bello, our people drive our success. This role offers a base salary of $80,000-$100,000, plus a monthly bonus based on performance against key metrics. Total on-target earnings are approximately $120,000-$140,000+.

Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and business needs. Full-time team members may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, a 401(k) with a match, paid time off, parental leave, and additional incentives.

Additional Bonus

$40,000-$40,000 USD

Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future.
