- 5 years of experience in drafting or enforcing policy for an online platform or engagement with online public policy issues.
- Experience with the development, implementation, and maintenance of policy.
- Experience working with global teams and communicating with stakeholders cross-functionally.
Preferred qualifications:- JD, MBA, or Master's degree.
- Experience implementing strategic or large scale projects in a demanding, changing environment.
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and update global policies in various areas of online content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and company executives regarding proposed content policy efforts.
- Lead research and trainings for developing new policies and understanding emerging risks across the globe. Work closely with global teams to ensure effective operationalization of global policies.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with partners across cross-functional groups including public policy, PR, legal, product, engineering, and sales. Understand and clearly communicate the challenges and needs presented by the latest trends globally.
