JOB DUTIES:

This role will be an Engineering Lead for a group of platform hardware design engineers. Will be engaged with coordination of platform design activities within a design program. Cross site team communication. Development o client motherboard requirement specifications. Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements are identified and design expectations are met. Oversee motherboard schematic design and layout. Owner of Client platform bring up and silicon debug support. Key debug resource for root causing critical platform issues. Drive collaboration across the organization to maximize efficiency and lower redundancy. Process improvements. Ensures commonality of design and usage of best practices.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Bachelor or a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science; 0-2 years of experience in mobile/desktop or server motherboard design; Strong leadership skills with project management experience; Background in high speed interface design, PCle, SATA, DP, USB, SPI, LPC, client processors & chipsets; Highly motivated and innovative individual with a keen interest in finding and resolving silicon and platform failures Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
