The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Engineering Technician III to join our Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations team. In this role, you will act as a primary Token Manager, overseeing the secure lifecycle management, distribution, and auditing of cryptographic hardware tokens. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security protocols, system administration, and strict adherence to federal or organizational compliance standards.

Responsibilities:
Token Management & Lifecycle:
•         Serve as the primary Token Manager for the organization's PKI infrastructure.
   •         Safely handle, inventory, and distribute hardware security tokens to authorized personnel.
Terminated Token Processing:
   •         Responsible for securely collecting and packaging terminated or revoked tokens and shipping them back to the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) in accordance with strict compliance guidelines.
System Administration & Admin Tokens:
   •         Perform System Administrator duties related to token issuance.
   •         Manage the secure preparation, provisioning, and sending of packages containing Admin Tokens to privileged users and system administrators.
Foreign National Code Signing:
   •         Oversee Role-Based Volunteer Foreign National Code Signing operations.
   •         Ensure the accurate provisioning, packaging, and secure delivery of code signing tokens for foreign national volunteers within established security frameworks.
Compliance & Auditing:
   •         Maintain meticulous chain-of-custody logs and inventory records for all cryptographic devices.
   •         Assist in routine security audits and ensure all token management processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications:
•Previous experience in IT support, system administration, or PKI operations.
•            Familiarity with hardware security tokens, smart cards, and certificate management.
•            Strong understanding of secure shipping, receiving, and chain-of-custody protocols.
•            High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
•            Active security clearance.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
