How you'll make an impact in this role- Ensure patient safety by reviewing medication orders and resolving potential drug-related issues to support optimal health outcomes.
- Compound and dispense medications with precision to ensure accurate and timely treatment delivery for our patients.
- Educate patients and clinical staff on drug therapies, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams , including physicians and clinicians, to streamline and facilitate comprehensive patient care.
- Lead technical pharmacy staff in the preparation and maintenance of supplies to maintain high operational standards and support pharmacy workflow.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required.
Education:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
What additional preferences we're seeking- IV Certification
- Hospital Experience
