Full Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Partner Manager to lead our channel partnership efforts for MCP Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners to drive growth and market expansion. You will work closely with the VP of AI / CAIO to align our partnership strategy with our product roadmap, and you'll develop key resources to support our partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring high engagement and performance.
  • Execute joint go-to-market activities, including campaigns, events, and enablement programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support partner success.
  • Regularly report on partner performance, sales pipeline, and KPIs.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competition, and regulatory developments in the assigned market.

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales or business development, account management (B2B, preferably in tech/SaaS or related fields), ideally background in SaaS, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or cloud solutions.
  • Experience building local partner ecosystems, ideally existing network of resellers, distributors, or technology partners in the US.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with partner portals, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and tracking partner performance.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a regional team and broader team remotely.

Salary Range: $145k - 175k OTE (75/25 base/variable split)
The annual OTE range for this position is outlined above. Compensation within this range is determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, role-specific skills, relevant experience, and internal equity.
