Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Experience leading projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with C-suite leaders at large enterprise partners or agencies.
- Experience bridging sales, complex partner needs, and engineering to identify and activate technology integration use cases.
- Understanding of Google's advertising platforms, the broader media landscape, and enterprise sales dynamics.
- Ability to drive business outcomes through strategic planning and negotiation of commercial incentives.
- Demonstrated capability in programmatically scaling services and partner capabilities in a global context.

Responsibilities- Cultivate trusted strategic partnerships with C-suite leaders across assigned portfolios, acting as the primary executive contact for long-term operational strategy, commercial incentives, and overall governance.
- Lead executive-level business reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure partner health and satisfaction from a service delivery perspective.
- Serve as the central link between partners and Google leadership teams (Agency Sales, gTech, Product) to translate complex partner needs into strategic internal priorities.
- Assess partner technical maturity, define enablement tool requirements, and orchestrate the gTech engagement journey to certify partners' capabilities to deliver services at scale.
- Drive the complete end-to-end activation lifecycle, offering technical consulting during advertiser activations, governing pipelines to prevent roadblocks, and implementing robust quality assurance frameworks.
