Full Job Description
As Order Management Specialist, you'll manage the entire order cycle, including order review, processing, tracking, and fulfillment for GSE products. You'll balance customer demand with inventory optimization while collaborating across sales, operations, supply chain and product teams. Responsible for quoting and coordinating the shipment of product, preparing shipping documentation and other records to ensure compliance. Your work directly contributes to accurate fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned:
• Manage the entire order cycle, including contract review, order entry, administration and shipping product.
• Serve as the point of contact between Sales and other functional departments.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to verify product availability and resolve option availability constraints.
• Partner with engineering and sales to review Price List/Specifications and resolve issues understand upcoming engineering changes.
• Provide input for the S&OP process and contribute to forecast improvements.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries related to their orders.
• Monitor order status and communicate production status and any delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare regular reports on order status.
• Detail orientated and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Demonstrated self-direction and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines independently.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field and three (3) or more years of relevant experience (equivalent to nine (9) years total in education and experience); or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the role.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP tools (Syteline); Excel proficiency required.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of S&OP and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface at different levels of the organization
• Experience in order management and managing finished goods.
WORKING CONDITIONS

• This role is based in Orlando.
• This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.
• Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.
• Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
• Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.

Pay Range:
$64,500.00 - $103,500.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
