You Are:

As an Oracle Solution Architect, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design, integration, and technical direction of complex IT solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and federal standards. You will lead system architecture development, guide technology selection, and oversee the creation of solution design documents. Collaboration with stakeholders is central to this role, translating business needs into technical specifications, managing system interfaces, and ensuring all solution components are scalable, secure, and compliant.

You will support requirements analysis, conduct fit-gap assessments, and develop configuration management plans to maintain seamless execution. Success in this role requires extensive experience with cloud-based architectures, enterprise integration, and federal compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and NIST 800-53. Experience with risk assessments, design reviews, migration planning, troubleshooting complex issues, and developing technical documentation will strengthen your effectiveness. Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, technical leadership, emerging technologies, and federal IT standards will position you as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

The Work:
  • Lead the overall design, integration, and technical oversight of Oracle-based solutions.

  • Validate that the solution meets performance, security, and compliance targets.
  • Serve as a key technical advisor to Program Manager(s) and participate in stakeholder meetings.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on emerging technologies, cloud architectures, and federal IT standards.

Here's What You Need:
  • Minimum ten (10) years of progressive experience managing large-scale federal financial management or IT modernization projects.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing complex system implementations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and federal contract administration.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
