Full Job Description
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Growth Lead Special Activities expert to join our team and support our client in the DMV area.

What you'll do:
  • Act as primary enabler/tracker/shaper for MI special activities and SOF customers
  • Develop pipeline of opportunities and take ownership of tracking, shaping and maturing opportunities
  • Work with Delivery and Technology to establish new applicable contracts and task orders
  • Work with Growth team, Intel leadership and other AFS resources to learn about AFS capabilities, products and offerings and match those to customer missions
  • Review current growth team processes and provide recommendations for improvement in tracking, efficiency of opportunities
  • Help define engagement strategies for Special Activities Strategic Communication & Technical Translation
  • Develop engaging content (such as slick sheets or one pagers) to share with customers about Military Intelligence or other Accenture capabilities and how they can help solve client challenges
  • Edit technical writing and content provided by Military Intelligence teams, working with SMEs to adjust content to emphasize impact, 'so what' and value added
  • Develop visuals (ex. OV-1s) to help convey technical topics to seniors and strategic levels
  • Translate engineer speak and polish it into consumable/understandable content that tells a story and is visually appealing
  • Support teams in the planning and execution of innovation sessions with our clients
  • Proposal & Solution Support
    • Support Military Intelligence opportunities by assisting with RFIs and RFPs
    • This may include facilitating solutioning sessions, creating documents that outline the win themes, accelerators, and relevant past performance
    • Review and edit critical proposal sections to ensure content is both technically accurate and in strategic alignment with our win themes
  • Opportunity Lifecycle Management
    • Serve as the "quarterback" for select strategic opportunities, owning and driving the pursuit through the entire opportunity lifecycle
    • Provide direction and accountability to the deal teams, keeping the team aligned and motivated throughout all stages of the capture process

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, or related field
  • Systems engineering advisory experience supporting military acquisitions
  • Experience managing and directing cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and subject matter experts
  • Red team operations experience

Clearance:

Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
