Job Description

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Developer with hands-on experience configuring, implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle FDI solutions. The role will focus on delivering analytics and reporting solutions across Oracle Cloud applications while integrating data from third-party and non-Oracle systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data integration, analytics, reporting, data modeling, and Oracle FDI capabilities. This role will work closely with technical and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and effective analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) analytics applications.
• Develop analytics solutions across Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, HCM, and CX.
• Integrate third-party and non-Oracle data sources with FDI and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Design and maintain data pipelines to bring external data into FDI.
• Configure FDI Data Augmentations to incorporate external data and support custom analytics requirements.
• Develop Semantic Model Extensions to enhance delivered FDI subject areas and reporting capabilities.
• Develop custom metrics, dashboards, reports, and other analytics solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and maintain FDI security, including appropriate user access and data security.
• Analyze, cleanse, transform, and validate data from multiple source systems.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data flows to support reliable and efficient analytics.
• Troubleshoot data integration, data quality, reporting, and analytics issues.
• Work with business and functional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing enhancements to FDI solutions.
• Leverage delivered FDI functionality where appropriate and develop extensions when requirements are not met by the standard solution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in analytics development, data integration, data warehousing, ETL, reporting, or related technical disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), including experience participating in at least two FDI implementations or enhancement projects.
• Experience configuring and customizing FDI analytics applications.
• Experience with FDI Data Augmentations and/or Semantic Model Extensions.
• Experience integrating third-party or non-Oracle systems with Oracle analytics or data platforms.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze, transform, and optimize data.
• Experience developing analytics reports, dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations.
• Understanding data modeling, ETL/integration processes, data quality, and data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• FDI/Oracle Analytics Cloud or other relevant Oracle certification(s)
