Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Consultant to implement, configure, customize, and support Oracle ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), business process analysis, system configuration, testing, and user support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure and implement Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend system improvements.
- Support end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrades, and rollout projects.
- Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Conduct system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Train end users and provide post-implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and Oracle best practices.
Required Skills - Strong experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS.
- Expertise in one or more Oracle ERP modules, such as:
- Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
- Procurement
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Order Management (OM)
- Inventory
- Manufacturing
- Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP configurations and business processes.
- Experience with functional documentation and solution design.
- Understanding of integrations, data migration, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills - Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Familiarity with BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics.
- Understanding of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall implementation methodologies.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of Oracle ERP consulting or implementation experience.
- Oracle certifications are preferred.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle ERP implementation is highly desirable.
Nice to Have - Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience with data conversion and migration tools.
- Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
