What would you be doing? - Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee daily operations (shop and field) to meet production, quality, cost, and schedule targets.
- Convert business priorities into actionable plans while driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and cost control.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors, including negotiations and issue resolution.
- Lead workforce activities, including scheduling, supervision, training, performance management, and HR collaboration.

Qualifications- Brings 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, construction, or shutdown operations, with a proven ability to manage operations safely and efficiently.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills while fostering a safe, collaborative, and respectful work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong planning, organizing, decision-making, and meeting facilitation skills.
- Holds relevant education (trade certification or degree) with project management training (PMP) and journeyman certification as assets.

Target Salary: $75.00 per hour
