Job Description** This posting is intended to collect expressions of interest for potential future opportunities **Working on our Client sites in Annacis Island, BC, the Shift Supervisor holds crucial significance within our operations team. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, this position is entrusted with overseeing the day-to-day operational activities on site.
What would you be doing? - Enforce company and client policies, including discipline, coaching, and corrective actions when needed.
- Lead and support Field Leaders to ensure effective performance and role success.
- Manage and report incidents, including investigations, follow-ups, and communication with employees and clients.
- Ensure compliance with operational targets (staffing, training, performance, attendance, KPIs, and safety standards).
- Complete administrative tasks, attend required meetings/training, and handle additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications- Supervisory or management experience required, with wastewater knowledge considered an advantage.
- Ability to meet safety-sensitive requirements (testing and certifications).
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Relevant education including a high school diploma; safety certifications (CSO, NCSO) are assets.

Target Salary: $55.00 per hour.
