Translate and adapt complex United States automotive finance concepts and enterprise learning content into clear, accurate, and culturally relevant Spanish while preserving business meaning, instructional intent, and operational requirements. Use learner feedback, assessment results, available performance information, and business input to evaluate effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Manage Training and Content Projects and Business Partnerships: Manage assigned training, learning, and knowledge initiatives from needs analysis and planning through development, implementation, and evaluation. Establish timelines and deliverables, coordinate dependencies and stakeholder input, manage risks and competing priorities, and escalate significant barriers or decisions as appropriate. Consult with localized business leaders, internal Performance Enablement teams, vendor partners, and subject matter experts to identify capability needs and recommend practical solutions aligned with enterprise standards, local cultural and language considerations, and business priorities.
  • Develop and Govern Bilingual Operational Knowledge: Create, translate, update, organize, and maintain English- and Spanish-language operational knowledge content for the localized operation in accordance with established content and governance standards. Ensure information is accurate, clear, searchable, usable, and culturally appropriate. Identify and address outdated, incomplete, inconsistent, or duplicative content and recommend improvements to content structure, accessibility, lifecycle management, and the employee knowledge experience.
