Full Job Description
Operations Business Process Specialist operates within the Business Process Management (BPM) framework. Through cross-functional engagement, the role is responsible for implementing opportunities identified by the manager of the Operations Teams with a focus around optimization and business process improvement within Operations. The role has broad responsibilities, including end-to-end process analysis, the facilitation of stakeholder engagement and the identification of solution requirements across various projects and initiatives. It plays a key role in supporting large scale change initiatives, that deliver commercial and operational benefits associated with efficiency improvements for Coates.

Key Responsibilities
• Support transformation projects, including digital shifts, process improvements, and cultural changes analysing current process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Lead process enhancement initiatives to enhance workforce productivity, including training, process automation, and best-practice adoption.
• Engage with stakeholders to implement change, facilitate workshops, and manage risks and challenges.
• Assess readiness for change, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Monitor progress, gather feedback, and optimize change efforts for long-term success.
• Partner with leadership to align initiatives with strategic goals and future ways of working.
• Map out current state processes and establish a structured CI methodology to drive standardization and efficiency
• Evaluate the sustainability and alignment of improvements to the future operating model
• Build influential working relationships with subject matter experts from across the organization to support the achievement of improvements
• Leverage data analytics and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess network operations and identify areas for improvement
• Work with all operational market leads to standardize & localize (where necessary) process maps across all operational functions including Sales Operations, Deployment, Supply Chain & Support services

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business/ Commerce, or Project Management
• 5 Years experience in managing complex change initiatives
• Proven experience in managing technical and IT business process improvements
• Proven experience as a Business Process Engineer, with a focus on operations optimization
• Lean and/or Six Sigma (green belt) knowledge would be advantageous
• Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical & communication (written & verbal) skills
• Strong knowledge in the use of PM toolsets (Asana) to provide visibility across multiple workstreams & portfolio views up into SLT & Portfolio Management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage change programs & report up (Manager & SLT) & across (PM's, Portfolio Management) within Coates. Understands the impact to Big Rocks and change agenda.

$79,200 - $90,000 a year

Full Salary Range: $79,200/year (minimum), $84,600/year (midpoint), $90,000/year (maximum).

Pay is based on relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. Well-qualified candidates can generally expect offers around the midpoint. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications but have more limited directly relevant experience for this specific role are typically placed nearer the minimum, while highly experienced candidates with strong role alignment may be placed closer to the maximum.
