The Offer Management job is responsible for leading the management and development of the organization's offer to its institutional markets, clients, and participants. This job incorporates a comprehensive approach to product management beginning with product strategy and planning and continue end-to-end through the entire product development lifecycle. As a recognized master in the organization's offer, this job works with internal clients to develop products for the appropriate distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Develops and enhances the organization's offer using competitive market analysis and identification of growth opportunities to ensure competitiveness of existing products to meet sales and financial goals.
- Leads analysis and evaluation of new business concepts with sponsors and business partners.
- Provides expertise in evaluating client requests for offer inclusion or exception approval.
- Champions implementation and launch of new products and services through the software development lifecycle which includes coordination across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Serves as the content expert for marketing, process development, and training.
- Guides business partners in the definition of new standard offers (markets, products, and services) and ensure alignment to standards.
- Maintains the Service Offer Catalog (SOC) which is the repository for the Standard Offer, including content development and maintenance and bi-annual certification to ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.
Educational Requirements- University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in retirement solutions
- Hands-on experience with record keeping systems and processes
- Direct experience with 401(k), 403(b) plan administration
- Experience in product management, ideally within financial services or institutional markets
- Experience with defined contribution plan administration
Preferred Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in retirement solutions
- Demonstrated strong decision-making capability, particularly in ambiguous or evolving business situations
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration across product, technology, compliance, marketing, and sales teams.

Base Pay Range: $120,000/yr - $200,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
