Role Overview:This role is for a Solution Architect and Team Lead focused on building a new Observability and Anomaly Detection Platform leveraging AI. The project aims to create a platform for the middle office that will support anomaly detection, data validation, visualization, and AI integration. The position requires strong expertise in observability, AI, and solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a scalable, secure, and cost-effective observability and anomaly detection architecture.
- Enable teams to quickly detect, diagnose, and prevent service issues.
- Support automated anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and remediation.
- Align observability with business SLAs, SLOs, and reliability objectives.
- Perform End-to-End Architecture Design.
- Lead Telemetry Pipeline Engineering.
- Integrate Anomaly Detection and AI/ML.
- Establish Governance and Standards.
- Ensure Platform Security.
- Manage Stakeholder and Cross-Team Alignment.
- Drive Operationalization and Enablement.
Required Skills:- Expertise in observability, AI, and solution architecture.
- Experience with potential technology stack for observability platforms, including tools like Splunk, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Ability to lead a team in building an anomaly detection platform leveraging AI.
Qualifications:Preferred Skills:- Experience as a Solution and Functional Architect (SAFA).
- Knowledge of GenAI for Sales.
