The Investment Management Group is looking for a mid-level associate (class of [redacted]) with experience in 1940 Act registered funds and business development company work to join the team in either New York, Chicago or Washington, D.C.. High level of academic achievement and experience in the investment management group of a peer firm is preferred. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $310,000 to $390,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus. In addition, associates who join Skadden laterally participate in an enhanced mentor program, which specifically focuses on the unique needs experienced attorneys face during professional transitions.
