About The Job You're Considering We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Network Engineer to support and maintain a large-scale, multi-campus network infrastructure. This onsite role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of Data, Voice, and Video network services. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot network issues, assist with infrastructure projects, and work closely with senior engineers and operational teams to support business and customer requirements.
Your Role - Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of LAN, MAN, WAN, wireless, and campus network environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents affecting Data, Voice, and Video services.
- Assist with network upgrades, hardware refreshes, and implementation projects.
- Monitor network performance and availability, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, and related network technologies.
- Support DNS, DHCP, network security devices, and access control systems.
- Participate in root cause analysis and help implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers to support business initiatives and operational requirements.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance activities and provide support during outages or critical incidents.
- Follow established network standards, security policies, and best practices.
Your Skills And Experience Qualifications- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-7 years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.
- Experience with Cisco networking technologies, including switches, routers, and wireless solutions.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, and routing/switching fundamentals.
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Wireshark and Fluke.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Skills- Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting Cisco wireless solutions and network security technologies.
- Basic familiarity with Cisco ISE, NAC solutions, or network access control technologies.
- Experience supporting Voice and Video network services.
- Knowledge of network documentation, change management, and incident management processes.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, shipbuilding, or large campus environments is a plus.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:
$55,692- $130,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
