Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design and implementation of NetSuite ERP solutions with a strong focus on Oracle Financial Modules. This role serves as the overall solution owner, translating business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions, driving architecture decisions, leading functional and technical workshops, and ensuring successful delivery through implementation, go-live, and hypercare. The implementation includes core financials, procurement, fixed assets, inventory management, project setup, and revenue management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the overall NetSuite Solution Architect and primary solution owner for the implementation.
• Design and own the end-to-end NetSuite solution architecture.
• Lead discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and design confirmation meetings with business and executive stakeholders.
• Align business objectives with NetSuite capabilities and industry best practices.
• Define scalable solution architectures that support future business growth.
• Design and implement Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including General Ledger, Financial Segmentation, Fixed Assets, Period Close, Treasury, Banking, Financial Reporting, Product Costing, Tax Management, and Internal Controls.
• Design Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including Supplier Management, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Procurement, Receiving, and Vendor Payments.
• Design Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including Customer Management, Sales Order Processing, Returns, Billing, Collections, and Revenue Recognition.
• Design and implement Inventory and Materials Management processes, including Serialized Inventory, Inventory Movements, Third-Party Storage, and Lot/Batch Tracking.
• Configure and implement NetSuite Projects, including project structures, project cost tracking, and future Project-to-Cash capabilities.
• Configure NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), including revenue recognition templates, automation strategies, and future-state revenue management capabilities.
• Lead functional and technical teams throughout implementation, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of ERP implementation experience.
• 8+ years of NetSuite implementation experience.
• Experience leading at least five full lifecycle NetSuite implementations as a Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in NetSuite Financials, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and NetSuite Projects.
• Strong understanding of SuiteScript, Saved Searches, Workflows, Roles and Permissions, Financial Reporting, and CSV Imports.
• Experience managing offshore delivery teams.
• Excellent client-facing consulting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present technical and business solutions to executive leadership and finance stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification.
• CPA, CMA, or a strong finance background.
• Experience in Renewable Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, or EPC industries.
• Experience leading SAP ECC to NetSuite migration projects.
