Job Description and Salary

ArentFox Schiff is seeking a mid to senior-level Corporateand Securities associate to join the 4 th through 7 th year class in any of our office locations. The ideal candidate has significantexperience advising companies on an array of capital market transactionsincluding Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, privateplacements, bond issuances, and securitizations. Strong academic record and excellent research,writing, and oral communication skills are required. Candidates mustalso be licensed and in good standing in the state in which the candidate wouldpractice.

The good faith base salary range for this position is aminimum of $275,000 to a maximum of $355,000 per year. The actual salaryrate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety offactors, including but not limited to, years of relevant experience, education,applicable bar admissions, and the candidate's overall qualifications for theposition as assessed by the Firm. In addition to a competitive basesalary, we offer a comprehensive bonus program with opportunities fordiscretionary incentives that may include productivity, business development,and merit-based components, subject to applicable policies.
