Full Job Description
Riskified is seeking a Corporate & Securities Counsel to join its legal team, supporting the company's mission to enable secure, seamless ecommerce for the world's leading brands. As a key member of a six-person legal group, this role reports to the Director, Legal, and is central to Riskified's corporate governance, SEC reporting, and regulatory compliance as a dual-listed, Israeli-founded public technology company.

The Corporate & Securities Counsel will manage critical work streams across U.S. securities law, Israeli Companies Law, and international entity management. Responsibilities include preparing Exchange Act filings and public disclosures, supporting board and shareholder meetings, and advising senior leadership on corporate, regulatory, and strategic matters. The role also maintains company-wide compliance programs and provides counsel on transactions such as securities offerings, financings, and acquisitions. There is meaningful opportunity to expand into commercial contracts, privacy, and other substantive legal areas based on skills and interests.

Ideal candidates will have a JD, bar membership in New York or another U.S. state, and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience at a top-tier law firm, with a background in securities law, public company disclosure, and corporate governance. Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment are essential. Experience with Israeli Companies Law, fintech, or SaaS is helpful but not required.
