Description Microsoft 365 AdministratorObjective: The Microsoft 365 Administrator oversees Microsoft 365 administration, Zoom enterprise management, and third-party SaaS applications to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient collaboration systems. This role is responsible for identity management, device deployment, licensing oversight, system monitoring, and advanced support, while maintaining strong security and compliance standards across all digital workplace platforms.

Essential functions/Responsibilities: duties include but are not limited to the followingMicrosoft 365 Administration (Primary Focus): - Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Implement and enforce security policies, conditional access, and compliance settings within Microsoft 365.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Deploy and manage devices using Intune for endpoint security and compliance.
- Monitor and optimize Microsoft 365 performance and resolve escalated issues.
Zoom Enterprise Administration: - Configure and maintain Zoom enterprise settings, user accounts, and integrations.
- Ensure secure and reliable video conferencing and webinar functionality.
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for Zoom-related issues.
Third-Party Application Management: - Administer licensing and access for applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud, DocuSign, and other SaaS tools.
- Track and manage software renewals and compliance with licensing agreements.
- Maintain accurate inventory of licenses and subscriptions.
Systems Monitoring & Support: - Monitor system health and performance across Microsoft 365 and integrated platforms.
- Provide advanced support for escalated issues related to collaboration tools and SaaS applications.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, policies, and procedures.
Security & Compliance: - Implement best practices for identity and access management, MFA, and data protection.
- Assist with audits and compliance reporting related to Microsoft 365 and third-party applications.
- Ensure adherence to organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, MD-
- 2-3 years with Microsoft 365 administration, including Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Knowledge of device management, conditional access, and compliance policies.
- Familiarity with Zoom enterprise administration and SaaS application management.
- Understanding of identity management, MFA, and data security best practices.
- Experience with compliance frameworks and reporting.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across cloud platforms and integrated systems.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple applications and licensing.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation skills for policies and procedures.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000
