MEP Project Manager - Advanced Manufacturing

Overview
The MEP Project Manager leads the planning, installation, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that support advanced solar manufacturing facility. This role ensures all utilities, building systems, and production-support infrastructure are delivered safely, on schedule, and in alignment with manufacturing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all MEP scope for solar manufacturing facilities, including HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, chilled water, process cooling, and specialty utilities.
  • Coordinate with engineers, OEM equipment vendors, subcontractors, and construction teams to integrate MEP systems with production lines and facility infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain MEP schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and installation milestones.
  • Oversee field teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with codes and manufacturing standards.
  • Lead testing, startup, and commissioning of MEP systems to support manufacturing readiness.
  • Identify risks, resolve technical issues, manage change orders, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
