About the role

The Medical Analyst is a new and innovative role that is new to RevHealth. As such, in addition to expectations noted below, there is an opportunity to partner with leadership to shape the role to better serve the business. The Medical Analyst is an entry-level position that will provide department, new business, and ad hoc account support to existing members of the medical team as well as the broader agency. The role will not initially be assigned and/or dedicated to any one account, but rather will support medical team members as needed across a variety of work. This role will proactively support efficiency and quality of medical work, as well as driving consistent medical partnership via cross-functional collaboration, creativity, and advocacy.

What you'll do

  • Develop and present medical downloads to account and new business teams
  • Provide research and analysis on a variety of accounts, as directed by other medical team members
  • Create evidence libraries on a variety of topics
  • Support other medical team members on day-to-day tasks, including literature research and summaries, project annotations and referencing, and implementing editorial revisions
  • Ensure high-quality work and accuracy in collaboration with team members
  • Develop tools and resources for the medical team (annotation tools, libraries, claims/evidence libraries, etc.)
  • Participate in maintaining the integrity and leading presence of the Medical Strategy and Content Team within Rev

Requirements

  • Advanced/terminal degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent)
  • Strong scientific background, including basic science, clinical practice, and exposure to a variety of health conditions and considerations
  • Industry experience welcome but not required
  • Demonstrated poise, attention to detail, and willingness to support others
  • Organization and cataloging skills

The pay range for this role is:

75,000 - 90,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
