What you will enjoy doing*- Your primary responsibility will be overall equipment ownership and direct technical support of the product line assigned to you
- You will develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for mechanical systems to ensure reliability and performance
- Further you will provide hands-on technical support to production and maintenance teams in resolving mechanical issues and process-related challenges
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address mechanical failures and production downtime
- Analyze production data and prepare reports on process performance metrics
- Train and mentor production and maintenance personnel on mechanical processes and equipment operation
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage knowledge sharing among team members
What makes you great - You have a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or other related Engineering or Engineering Technology field required
- 5 - 7 years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial process environment required
- The ideal candidate must possess the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment, demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Extensive experience with hands-on troubleshooting and installing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- You have experience with Allen Bradley operating systems (preferred) and basic knowledge or ladder logic troubleshooting and programming
- You have previous experience managing capital projects and proven ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
- You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, 3D CAD (SolidWorks), and AutoCAD
