Mechanical Process Engineer

What you will enjoy doing*

  • Your primary responsibility will be overall equipment ownership and direct technical support of the product line assigned to you
  • You will develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for mechanical systems to ensure reliability and performance
  • Further you will provide hands-on technical support to production and maintenance teams in resolving mechanical issues and process-related challenges
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address mechanical failures and production downtime
  • Analyze production data and prepare reports on process performance metrics
  • Train and mentor production and maintenance personnel on mechanical processes and equipment operation
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage knowledge sharing among team members


What makes you great

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or other related Engineering or Engineering Technology field required
  • 5 - 7 years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial process environment required
  • The ideal candidate must possess the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment, demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Extensive experience with hands-on troubleshooting and installing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • You have experience with Allen Bradley operating systems (preferred) and basic knowledge or ladder logic troubleshooting and programming
  • You have previous experience managing capital projects and proven ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
  • You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, 3D CAD (SolidWorks), and AutoCAD
