Location: USA - Dallas-Fort Worth Int Apt, Grapevine, Esters Blvd Division: Air & Sea Job Posting Title: Marketing Manager Time Type: Full Time Summary As a Marketing Manager at DSV, you will be responsible for leading a team of marketing and communications professionals responsible for executing daily deliverables which include sales enablement material, vendor management, event management, external and internal content development, stakeholder engagement activities, communications, and brand support programs. This role requires strong organizational skills, execution alongside the team, operational leadership, and the ability to execute across multiple priorities while maintaining alignment with enterprise initiatives via the Regional MarCom Lead. Duties and Responsibilities • Lead a team of Marketing & Communications professionals. • Manage local and regional events, sponsorships, communications initiatives, and MarCom programs. • Coordinate multiple stakeholder projects requiring regional alignment and enterprise messaging consistency. • Ensure adherence to DSV brand standards, corporate identity, and the Global MarCom plan and policies. • Provide timely execution, decision-making, and escalation of risks and opportunities to regional leadership. • Evaluate program effectiveness, team performance, and operational processes. • Recommend improvements, best practices, and efficiencies to the Regional MarCom Lead. • Manage agency, supplier, and vendor relationships as required. • Support budget planning, project tracking, and reporting. Educational Background / Work Experience • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred. • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event management, or related discipline. • Previous people leadership experience required. • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders. • Transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred. For this position, the expected base pay range is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 . Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
