Job Title: Marketing Manager II

Location: Seattle, WA (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive owned & operated marketing programs and campaigns to build Prime Air brand awareness and adoption.
  • Support planning and deliver cross-channel activations of seasonal, events-driven, and product launch campaigns.
  • Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance on a regular and ad-hoc basis with an emphasis on insights and lessons learned.
  • Work with cross-partner teams in a collaborative manner to activate placements and regularly update creative campaigns.
  • Work with internal outbound marketing, design, advertising, and offsite marketing to create effective cross-channel campaign activations.


Job Requirements:
  • Well-rounded marketer with ability to jump-in and assist on additional digital channel activations as needed (including but not limited to email, social media, onsite, offsite, digital advertising, etc.).
  • Experience working with onsite retail marketing tools such as content symphony, bullseye, arborist, sophia, media central, figma, and more.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-based startup environment with strong bias for action.
  • Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
  • Multi-channel marketing experience, including on email, social, etc.
  • Ability to set up, maintain, report, and update on marketing campaigns via content symphony, media central, sophia, and other tools.


Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree required
