What You'll Do:
  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of complex email campaigns supporting Makeup, Loyalty, and value programs
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to provide email strategy, channel best practices, and performance-based recommendations
  • Define segmentation strategies to expand personalization and drive deeper channel engagement
  • Collaborate with Email Marketing Operations to QA emails, ensuring flawless content, linking, and tracking
  • Support the execution and adoption of strategic Email MarTech initiatives in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and technology vendors
  • Translate business objectives into technology-enabled marketing solutions leveraging customer data architecture, automation, and campaign orchestration capabilities
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute experimentation opportunities including AI-enabled capabilities, dynamic content, and emerging technologies
  • Stay at the forefront of email marketing technology and industry innovation, proactively evaluating new tools and best practices
  • Analyze email performance across all KPIs to inform campaign strategies and surface key trends
  • Consolidate and socialize wins, test results, and future recommendations with stakeholders


What You'll Bring:

What You'll Get:

The annual base salary range for this position is $117,895.00 - $131,765.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
