How you'll make an impact in this role- Provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise for market infusion pharmacy operations, aligning services with national strategies, standards, and financial objectives.
- Partner with pharmacy, nursing, operational, and national leaders to standardize safe, compliant, high-quality, and efficient infusion practices across the market.
- Lead infusion strategy and growth initiatives, including biosimilar adoption, drug shortage mitigation, site-of-care optimization, and evolving medication and payer strategies.
- Optimize operational and financial performance through revenue capture, reimbursement, charge integrity, resource allocation, capital and workforce planning, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead market infusion governance and multidisciplinary collaboration, establishing accountability for performance, quality, staffing, and strategic execution.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required.
Education:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required.
- 2 years of cumulative leadership or management experience required OR a graduate from an accredited Health System Pharmacy Administration residency program required.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Leadership experience within outpatient infusions.
