About the job you're considering:The Business Product Manager plays a critical role in supporting end-to-end product launches and ongoing product operations. This role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure products are launched smoothly, operationally ready on Day-1, and positioned to scale effectively.
This is a highly execution-focused, hands-on role, centred on readiness, coordination, documentation, and process enablement to help deliver measurable business impact across SaaS and platform products.
Your Role:- Support end-to-end product launches from planning through execution by coordinating readiness activities, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure Day-1 launch readiness for SaaS and platform products.
- Assist in building and maintaining product operating rhythms, including:
- Launch checklists and runbooks
- Dashboards and KPIs
- Execution cadences and status tracking
- Support post-launch monitoring to track product performance, customer adoption, and operational issues.
- Help define and document product setup standards, including:
- Product IDs and configurations
- Pricing rules and packaging
- Upgrade paths and entitlement logic
- Contribute to process improvements and workflow automation, including the use of AI-enabled tools, to improve speed, quality, and execution consistency.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales readiness activities to ensure smooth handoffs and product delivery.
- Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and self-service guides for product launch and operations.
- Provide operational support to internal teams, partners, and customers while meeting defined SLA expectations.
Your Skills and Experience:- 1-5 years of experience in Business Product Management, Product Operations, Program Management, or SaaS Operations.
- Exposure to product launches, SaaS platforms, or enterprise technology products.
- Ability to work with documentation, dashboards, and basic data analysis.
- Experience working in a hands-on individual contributor role is strongly preferred.
- You enjoy executing and enabling, not just defining strategy.
- You are comfortable managing details, dependencies, and follow-through.
- You communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
- You thrive in environments where processes are evolving and ownership matters.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $54,300 - $130,000/Year.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
