A major Aerospace company is looking for a Manufacturing Analyst 2 to support our Tool Engineering department. As a member of the Tool Engineering department you'll get to work on advanced airframe assembly and fabrication tooling. This position will serve on-site at El Segundo.
Responsibilities
Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.
Basic Qualifications for Manufacturing Analyst 2
- Bachelors with 2 years of experience.
- Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Be majoring in or having majored in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related degree.
- Must have an active U.S. Government Secret clearance that is in-scope (granted or renewed in the last 6 years)
- Must be able to attain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR)
Preferred Qualifications for Manufacturing Analyst 2
- Knowledge of financial planning and/or budget development and/or analysis and/or plant controller and/or cost analysis.
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).
- Active U.S. Government security clearance.
