Your Role
In this role you will leverage your deep and tangible expertise in AI to architect, develop and deploy robust AI solutions that seamlessly integrate advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI frameworks. You will design and implement modular, reusable components that enable scalable deployment and rapid experimentation, ensuring that solutions are both innovative and aligned with business objectives. Your hands-on experience will empower you to optimize model performance, enhance data governance, and deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making for clients.
As an AI Leader within Capgemini's AI & Analytics Global Practice, you will shape the future of enterprise AI adoption by architecting, developing and deploying composable, scalable solutions and driving innovation across sectors. You will own the end-to-end architecture of enterprise-grade AI programs, ensuring compliance, performance, and alignment with business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, you will guide decision-making, champion ethical AI practices, and foster cultural shifts toward data-driven thinking. Through workshops, demos, and strategic engagements, you will position Capgemini as a thought leader in AI transformation.
Core Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
Translate business requirements into AI solution architecture.
Design, develop and deploy scalable, secure, and compliant AI systems using GenAI, ML, and agentic frameworks.
Architect and Build Composable AI Solutions:
Lead the development of modular, reusable AI components using standardized pipelines for scalable deployment across environments
Serve as an advisor and mentor to developers
Enable Rapid Experimentation and Scalable R&D:
Drive innovation by creating production-ready frameworks that support both traditional generative and agentic AI use cases
Governance and Compliance:
Ensure traceability, bias monitoring, and audit readiness through integrated compliance tools and dashboards
Skills and Expereince
Continuously monitor and benchmark AI performance, latency, and cost to guide strategic decisions
Client Engagement & Advisory
Serve as a senior advisor in client meetings, pitches, and workshops
Own the development of high-impact demos and proof-of-concepts aligned with transformation goals
Cross-functional Collaboration for global AI asset development (RAISE)
Influence executive stakeholders on the vision of our internal AI assets: architecture, roadmaps, risk mitigation, and ethical considerations, to accelerate client adoption and deliver measurable business impact.
Work closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Developers, and Business Executives to align technical execution with business goals and define solution blueprints.
Tangible work experience with GenAI and Agentic AI (focused on delivery)
Hands-on experience with Cloud and ML
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Machine Learning or related field
Consulting experience across a variety of industries and functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the willingness to collaborate across teams of internal and external staff
Executive leadership experience with demonstrated command skills
Must be open to travel, and hybrid work
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$130,000 - $190,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
