  • Turn ambiguous goals into structured execution plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and clear decision points
  • Build lightweight operating mechanisms that help the organization scale, including dashboards, QBRs, executive reviews, planning processes, and decision frameworks
  • Translate technical, business, and organizational complexity into concise recommendations and executive-ready communication
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and create alignment across teams to accelerate execution
  • Drive the operational details that make high-impact initiatives successful - from running reviews and documenting decisions to ensuring teams follow through and deliver

We expect you to have:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in strategy, program management, operations, consulting, chief of staff, product operations, or related roles
  • Can take loosely defined problems and independently create structure, priorities, and execution plans
  • Have experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Are highly organized and comfortable managing several workstreams simultaneously
  • Write clearly and can distill complex technical or organizational topics into concise, decision-ready documents
  • Are execution-oriented and willing to operate at every level, from strategic planning to tactical follow-through
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Have experience working with technical products, AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise software
