Overview

The Manager of Store Development, Program Management, will have a significant impact on the achievement of operational excellence and project tracking across the North America Store Development organization. This position has responsibility for ensuring data accuracy, and adherence to and development off process through the store development team. Provides support to the Pre-Construction, Design, and Construction teams to ensure seamless project execution and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency of the data used across the store development team.
  • Enforce adherence to established processes, standards and controls within the assigned team and workflows

  • Collaborate with Cross functional Stakeholders to establish and activate strategies that improve process standards and proactively identify risk, progress blockers, etc.
  • Engage with Team Members to obtain feedback, identify areas of opportunity, and deliver improvements that enable standards/process to evolve, be followed and leveraged.
  • Work closely with cross functional colleagues to understand, ensure alignment and to effectively support initiatives/objectives.
  • Ensure that global functions are well coordinated in their activities.
  • Schedule and manage group meetings as needed to ensure consistency in process, message and compliance.
  • Lead and provide proactive facilitation, project management, communications and above all demonstrated leadership in driving development in the most effective and efficient manner possible.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management; Retail Construction or General Contracting
  • Must be an advanced level user of Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work independently

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $85000 - $100000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
