DescriptionJob Summary: The Manager, Security, will be responsible for leading operational security services. This role involves managing operational services, such as security incident response, security services onboardings, developing and implementing security strategies, managing security projects, and providing expert guidance to our clients to ensure their information assets are protected.
RequirementsResponsibilities: - Manage the operational security services, providing service leadership to multiple clients.
- Contribute to and operationalize the security service offerings.
- Define operational security deliverables and standards.
- Develop metrics and measures for those service offerings.
- Provide leadership and management of security projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide guidance and consulting services, including information security, compliance, data privacy, incident response, and related.
- Develop and manage security services, policies, and procedures tailored to clients' needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and align security services accordingly. Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits to identify issues and propose solutions to mitigate security risks.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in information security.
- Train and mentor staff.
- Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and security metrics to clients and executive management.

Experience: - 8+ years of experience in information security, systems integration, or system administration
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: - CISSP or equivalent information security certification
