Position SummaryThis role leads product development strategy, managing the full product lifecycle from opportunity identification to delivery. It aligns products with business goals and market needs, drives innovation through market insights, improves processes, supports team development, and collaborates with stakeholders to continuously enhance product offerings.
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in product development, program management, strategy, analytics, or a similar role, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy, or another complex industry.
- Experience assessing program or business performance and using data to generate insights and recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating leadership-ready presentations
- Demonstrated ability to tell a story with data and translate analysis into actionable business insights
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting product or program strategy, including identifying opportunities for new capabilities, enhancements, and performance improvement
- Strong PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive-level presentations, including recommendations and progress updates.
- Working knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or other analytics capabilities
- Background in retail pharmacy operations or systems
- Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MPH, MHA, PharmD) preferred

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
