Role and ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary- Quality Assurance:
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to ensure products/services meet established standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement:
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce defects through process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Team Leadership:
- Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving their objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
- Identify trends and recommend actionable insights to improve overall quality performance.
- Create and Manage performance dashboards and vendor score cards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to align quality objectives with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
