  • Bring a commercial mindset to product and partnership management by assessing portfolio performance, business cases, financial impacts, client behaviour, partner economics, campaign performance, and profitability levers.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization by assessing client value, business impact, operational readiness, risk considerations, partner dependencies, delivery capacity, and ability to accelerate meaningful outcomes.
  • Use portfolio performance, customer behaviour, market intelligence, and competitive insights to recommend initiatives that strengthen acquisition, engagement, retention, primacy, and profitability.
  • Manage and optimize partner relationships by aligning shared priorities, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to create incremental client and business value.
  • Partner with Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and external partners to support coordinated planning and execution across the client lifecycle.

  • Contribute to Tangerine's culture by fostering inclusion, constructive challenge, accountability, and transparent communication during periods of change.
  • Support compliance with Tangerine and Scotiabank policies, procedures, risk appetite, regulatory expectations, control requirements, and governance standards.
