About the Role

The Manager, Private Client Concierge (Ultra High Net Worth Segment) is responsible for

leading a team of Client Managers dedicated to servicing the firm's most complex and

affluent clients. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure an

exceptional client experience, strong retention results, and consistent execution of the

Private Client Concierge service model. The Manager serves as a technical leader, mentor, and trusted advisor to both team members and leadership colleagues, helping elevate expertise across the organization.

In addition to leading the segment, the Manager maintains a small portfolio of select Ultra High

Net Worth client relationships and acts as Executive Sponsor for key client and advisor

partnerships. While growth remains an important component of the role, the primary focus is ensuring

service excellence, client retention, team development, and the continued advancement of

the Ultra High Net Worth segment.

Wage Transparency: The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to 125,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

What You'll Do
  • Segment Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead and develop a team of Client Managers responsible for servicing Ultra High Net Worth clients and families.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and accountability measures aligned with the Private Client Concierge KPI service model.
  • Client Experience & Service Excellence
  • Champion a white-glove service culture focused on responsiveness, advocacy, and proactive risk management.
  • Ensure client portfolios are reviewed and managed in alignment with evolving exposures, lifestyle changes, and asset acquisitions.
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship
  • Serve as a recognized subject matter expert in High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth risk management.
  • Provide technical guidance and consultation to Client Managers, Producers, and leadership teams on complex coverage, placement, and risk management strategies.
  • Act as a mentor to emerging leaders and managers across the organization, helping build technical capability and succession readiness.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Act as Executive Sponsor for select Ultra High Net Worth client relationships and strategic advisor partnerships.
  • Personally manage a small portfolio of highly complex or strategically important client relationships.
  • Growth & Business Development Support
  • Partner with producers and business development leaders on strategic Ultra High Net Worth opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and consultation during complex prospect engagements and presentations.

What You Bring
  • Active RIBO license (other provincial licenses and designations would be an asset)
  • At least 10 years of P&C and or VIP personal insurance experience is desired
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience especially with high-end carries such as Chubb Insurance, Aviva Ovation, Unica Live Easy, Northbridge Onyx and Intact Prestige
  • Excellent computer skills expected EPIC fluency an asset
  • Strong customer service skills in order to maintain long-term growth and retention
  • Strong Quotation skills for new business, cross selling, upselling and remarketing to ensure clients' needs are consistently met or exceeded
  • Excellent organizational, planning and prioritizing skills
  • Adaptable to change
  • A talent for listening, establishing trust and is dedicated to crafting solutions for clients
  • Strong oral and written communications skills including presentation skills
